About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our presence across platforms. You’ll develop content strategies, manage publishing, engage with the community, and help grow our brand and user base through meaningful storytelling.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that connects and converts.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Create engaging content: posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.
- Maintain and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth
- Stay ahead of social trends and react quickly when relevant
- Engage with the audience: reply to comments, DMs, tags, and build community
- Collaborate across teams to amplify key messages
- Manage boosted posts and support paid social initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years experience in social media or content marketing
- Strong grasp of platform best practices and audience behavior
- Excellent writing skills with a clear sense of tone and storytelling
- Visual sensibility; familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to experiment

- Experience at an early-stage startup or community-focused brand
- Familiarity with SEO, blogging, or influencer outreach
- Background in tech, events, or lifestyle content
